Stretching and Warmup Routine

This video covers how to prepare your body for some intense climbing by investing 10 to 15 minutes in warming up and stretching. Mani goes through this procedure basically every time before he starts training, for good reasons. First, it simply reduces the risk of injury during the session. Secondly, stretching your legs prior to climbing will improve your footwork to such an extent that you will notice the difference. You will be faster on your feet and more precise.
